PANDEMIC PLAN HOTEL RIESENBECK 

COVID19 - RULES OF CONDUCT AND HYGIENE MEASURES

Dear guests,

to get the best out of the current situation  we all have to work together.

So that we all feel safe and that your stay at the Hotel Riesenbeck is as pleasant as possible, we ask for your understanding for the following safety measures.

The measures must be complied with without restriction and without being asked by each individual.

Everything we do should only give you the highest possible security and happens in your and our sense.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR A STAY AT THE HOTEL RIESENBECK

1. NEGATIVE TEST PROOF AT CHECK-IN

At check-in, a certificate of a negative corona test (rapid antigen test or PCR test) that is not older than 48 hours must be presented. All persons including children from 6 years of age are required to test. This does not apply to people who are fully vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2. In this case, the complete vaccination must be proven and also documented by the hotel. Please let yourself be tested in your home town.

2. FOLLOW-UP TEST EVERY 72 HOURS

When you arrive, you agree to submit to us a new certificate of a negative rapid or PCR test result every 72 hours (from the date of the test result on the day of arrival). The test result must be sent to info@landhafen.com.

 

3. LUCA APP

We recommend the luca app for quick and complete contact tracking in exchange with the health authorities. Ideally, you have already installed the app on your smartphone and are registered.

 

4. NEGATIVE TEST IN GASTRONOMY

If you are in our "ALT RIESENBECK"  If you want to enjoy our gastronomic offer, your existing certificate of a negative corona test, already deposited at our reception, also applies here. In principle, however, you need a certificate that is not older than 24 hours in the catering trade outside of our hotel.

 

5. POSITIVE TEST RESULT

If it should happen that you test positive for the coronavirus, you have to leave independently with your car at your own expense. If necessary, the health department can decide whether you will be quarantined in the hotel; here too, you must assume all costs that arise for the extension.

GENERAL

  • When you enter the hotel, please disinfect your hands at the appropriate disinfection stations.

  • All of our employees wear mouth and nose protection in necessary situations. Please support us and wear a face mask when you move around the hotel. The face mask does not have to be worn in the rooms or on the square.

  • All operational processes are designed in such a way that the minimum distance of 1.5 m can be maintained, please keep to this at all times.

  • A high level of cleanliness and hygiene is a basic requirement at Hotel Riesenbeck. The entire team has an infection protection certificate and has been specially trained in the processes in the hotel.

  • In addition, we carry out visitor registrations in all areas in order to be able to make chains of infection traceable, if necessary.

     

 

ARRIVAL & MOBILE CHECK-IN

  • We'll send your key to your cellphone by email via a link, so we avoid queues at the reception.

  • In the room you will then find a QR code for your digital registration form, which you should fill out.

  • No code is required for WiFi.

 

ROOM

  • Our housekeeping team works with disposable gloves and is specially trained for the situation.

  • The door handles in the hotel are regularly disinfected.

  • Each room has a permanent, separate supply air, which always ensures fresh air.

  • In the case of shorter stays, we do not clean the rooms in between, but new towels etc. can always be removed from our towel bar at will.

     

 

BAR / RESTAURANT

  • The tables are spaced 1.5 m apart.

  • You can pick up drinks at the "Alt Riesenbeck" 24-hour drinks bar.

  • Dishes are made by "Johanna's Gourmet"  or our "Gastroverbund" brought directly to the square.

  • Our external guests have to register in advance and will be assigned a seat.

  • In this way we can always guarantee that all of our guests will find a place at a distance.

  • You will find our menu and drinks menu digitally - you can easily access it with a QR code, which is set up on all tables and areas.

  • Please try to avoid crossing paths, please note the signs that will help you.

  • As hotel guests, please only use your toilets in the rooms for your own safety.

     

 

BREAKFAST

  • At the moment we offer breakfast by our house baker next door. The Triffter team will be waiting for you with your orders from 6 a.m. It couldn't be fresher.

 

DEPARTURE

  • Please open the window when you leave.

  • Please pay cashless if possible.

  • If you want, you can use a contact-free check-out. A QR code with instructions is designed for this in the Rezi area.

  • Dear guests of the Hotel Riesenbeck, during your stay you assure that all hygiene and protective measures will be observed by you. We do what we can to give you a safe and relaxed vacation. We make no claim to the completeness of these measures and we reserve the right to make changes at short notice.
